KAYA Immigration is hiring for the position of Immigration Consultant with 1 to 5 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Counsel clients applying for PR (Permanent Residency – Skilled Worker) visas for New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
- Engage with prospective customers, explain the complete PR visa process, and address queries.
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated through outreach activities.
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Support the sales team in consultations and assist with client conversions.
- Conduct consultations (via email, phone, and in-person) to evaluate clients’ eligibility and suitability for various visa categories.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
- A positive, proactive, and client-friendly approach to interactions.
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain complex processes in a simple, approachable manner.
