KeyMart Visa is looking for a candidate for the position of Immigration Consultant to join them at their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert counselling on visa categories, eligibility, and country requirements.
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable immigration pathways.
- Guide clients in document preparation and application filing.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding updates and requirements.
- Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and program changes.
- Manage leads, follow up promptly, and convert inquiries into clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, submissions, and case updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client cases and progress.
Eligibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of Immigration Issues, Visas, and Global Immigration.
- Professional experience in Consulting and advising clients on migration-related processes.
- Understanding of relevant Legal frameworks and policies related to immigration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Sales mindset with target-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
