Phoenix-fly-a-way is hiring an Immigration Consultant with experience of relevant years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist clients with the preparation and submission of immigration applications and visa processes.
• Address and resolve specific immigration issues or hurdles encountered during the application phase.
• Provide strategic consulting to clients regarding global migration pathways and eligibility.
• Manage and organize detailed case documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stay current with national and international immigration laws, policies, and procedural updates.
• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients throughout their migration journey.
• Conduct research on global immigration trends to provide informed solutions to prospective applicants.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of immigration issues, visas, and international immigration law.
• Proven experience in professional consulting and managing high-value client relationships.
• Familiarity with global immigration procedures, particularly Permanent Residency (PR) pathways.
• Strong organizational, research, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to articulate complex legal solutions clearly and professionally to a diverse audience.
• Previous experience in immigration consulting or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is considered an added advantage.
