Rathod Law Firm is hiring an Immigration Case Worker with prior experience in Canadian immigration applications to join their team remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collect required documents and information from clients for immigration applications.
- Prepare, complete, and file applications including PR, Work Permits, Study Permits, Visitor Visas, LMIA, and Spousal Sponsorships.
- Draft supporting forms, checklists, and submissions as per IRCC requirements.
- Communicate with clients about missing documents, timelines, and next steps.
- Maintain organized and accurate case files.
- Review completed applications with the supervising lawyer/consultant before submission.
- Stay updated on Canadian immigration laws, rules, and policies.
- Provide exceptional client service while ensuring confidentiality.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in immigration case filing, paralegal, or consultant assistant roles (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and IRCC portal.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PDFs, and online filing portals.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
