Skybridge Global LLP is actively seeking a dedicated Immigration Consultant to join our team located conveniently near the 53-54 Metro Station in Gurugram, Sector 54.
Role and Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients over the phone to introduce Skybridge Global LLP's offerings and generate leads.
- Client Engagement: Interact with clients professionally to comprehend their needs, resolve queries, and present appropriate solutions.
- Product/Service Expertise: Stay updated on Skybridge Global LLP's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Follow-Up: Execute consistent follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture relationships and facilitate conversion.
- Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback utilizing CRM software or other specified tools.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams at Skybridge Global LLP to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead conversion.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the management team at Skybridge Global LLP regarding market trends, client preferences, and potential growth opportunities.
Eligibility
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: Previous experience in Immigration Industry for at least 1 year in sales profile. Preference given to Candidates with background in Canada PR, Australia PR or Germany Job Seeker Visa.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in english. Ability to convey Skybridge Global LLP's product/service details convincingly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant technological tools.
- Time Management: Exceptional time-management skills with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving business requirements and excel in a dynamic setting.
