Swainz Overseas Careers is hiring for the position of Immigration Consultant to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on immigration processes, documentation, and visa requirements.
- Assist clients in selecting the appropriate immigration pathway based on eligibility and aspirations.
- Prepare, review, and manage visa applications and supporting documents.
- Stay current with changes in immigration laws and policy updates across countries.
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated application process.
Eligibility
- Proven expertise in Immigration and Visa Processing.
- Strong knowledge of global immigration laws, especially for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, USA, and Germany.
- Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or legal advisory firm preferred.
- Excellent consulting, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
