Details of the Job/Internship

Universal Adviser Immigration Services is hiring for the position Immigration Consultant to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and process immigration and visa applications across countries, with a focus on Canada.
• Provide accurate legal and procedural advice in line with immigration regulations.
• Conduct client consultations and assess eligibility for various immigration programs.
• Collaborate with legal teams, including Canadian immigration lawyers, when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and global immigration processes.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
• Support the client through all stages of the immigration process with professionalism and clarity.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in handling immigration issues and visa processes.
• Sound understanding of immigration law and global immigration practices.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Immigration Studies, or a related field.
