Vinfinity Immigration is looking for a candidate for the position of Immigration Consultant to join them at their office in Immigration Consultant.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively contact leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to promote immigration services.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' immigration goals (study, work, PR, investor, family visa).
- Explain country-specific immigration processes (e.g., Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA, Europe).
- Assess initial eligibility using pre-screening criteria and support in profiling.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets through effective lead follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Generate and close leads through walk-ins, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
- Advise clients on suitable visa options and promote high-value migration packages.
- Guide clients through the documentation requirements for various visa categories.
- Liaise with in-house legal or processing teams to ensure smooth documentation and application.
- Ensure compliance with immigration policies and ethical sales practices.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and active clients to ensure long-term engagement and referrals.
- Provide timely updates on application status, changes in policy, or documentation needs.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Stay up to date with global immigration laws, policies, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding client expectations and market competition.
- Submit sales reports, forecast pipelines, and provide insights on conversion ratios.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of Immigration Issues, Visas, and Global Immigration.
- Understanding of Immigration Law and Consulting practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant certification or degree in Immigration Law or related field.
Salary/Stipend
