VRIZE is hiring for the position of Immigration Consultant with 4-7 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for all immigration matters across the US and Canada.
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes including work permits, visa applications (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.), green card processing, and permanent residency.
- Collaborate with external immigration vendors and legal counsel to ensure accurate and timely case filings.
- Monitor immigration compliance, track expiration dates, and proactively manage renewals and documentation.
- Provide clear and informed guidance to employees regarding immigration procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, legal, mobility, and business units to align immigration strategies with workforce planning needs.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
- Communicate changes in immigration laws and policies and assess potential impact on employees and business operations.
- Address and manage escalations with discretion and professionalism.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and employee experience within the immigration function.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in US and/or Canada immigration within a corporate or consultancy setting.
- In-depth knowledge of US and Canadian immigration laws and procedures.
- Experience with immigration case management systems and working alongside external legal counsel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and ability to work independently.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle complex immigration cases and issues.
Salary/Stipend
