World Visa Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position Immigration Consultant with 1-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, pursue, and convert new leads into customers.
• Promote company services and build a strong client pipeline.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and prospects.

Client Management

• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate immigration services.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate terms effectively.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to business growth.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Team Collaboration

• Share knowledge and sales strategies with colleagues.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Administrative & Reporting

• Keep accurate sales records and client communication in CRM systems.
• Generate regular reports for management and ensure documentation compliance.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in B2C sales (immigration industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management and self-motivation.

Salary/Stipend
