Details of the Job/Internship

Sernexuss Immigration is hiring an Immigration Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients on a wide range of immigration and visa procedures.
• Address and resolve complex immigration-related issues and roadblocks.
• Guide clients through the end-to-end application process for various visa categories.
• Monitor and stay updated on global immigration laws, policies, and regulatory changes.
• Offer tailored immigration solutions based on unique client profiles and goals.
• Ensure absolute compliance with documentation requirements and institutional standards.
• Liaise with clients to facilitate the timely and successful submission of applications.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to ensure high success rates.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
• Comprehensive expertise in global Visas and Immigration Issues.
• Strong knowledge of international immigration laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in Consulting and providing tailored client solutions.
• Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or a related legal field is an advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate legal documentation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to regulatory shifts and global immigration trends.

Salary/Stipend
