Rayvison Overseas is hiring an Immigration Counsellor / Lawyer to join their office in Ghaziabad. The role involves advising clients on immigration-related matters, preparing and filing applications, and representing clients in proceedings. It also includes conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and government authorities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration matters.
- Prepare and file immigration applications.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Conduct research on immigration laws and policies.
- Stay updated on immigration regulations and compliance requirements.
- Draft legal documents and provide end-to-end client support.
- Communicate with clients and government officials.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Juris Doctor (JD), or related field.
- Skills in legal advice, guidance, and immigration matters.
- Experience in preparing and filing immigration applications.
- Ability to represent clients in proceedings.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Knowledge of immigration regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the legal or immigration field is a plus.
