Details of the Job/Internship
Acme Visa Solutions is looking for an experienced, well-connected, organized Immigration Consultant to help their clients with their immigration requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements.
- Helping clients gather and submit the required documents.
- Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws.
- Oversee the completion and accuracy of immigration applications, and ensure all required documents are received by the deadline.
- Meeting Sales Goals through Selling to Customer Needs.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Eligibility
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any stream/discipline.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales background.
- Complete knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and research-driven individual.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service.
