Details of the Job/Internship
UNILAW Technologies is looking for a candidate for the position Immigration Documentation Analyst to kojn them at their office in Kochi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and compose a variety of legal petitions and appeals.
- Engage directly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Conduct in-depth research and provide updates on legal matters under the supervision of senior attorneys.
- Review petitions and related legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of legal correspondence.
- Conduct research as needed to support quality control processes.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Eligibility
- A bachelor’s degree in any field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Prior experience or knowledge in USA immigration law is a valuable asset, though not mandatory.
