Details of the Job/Internship
BVS Global is hiring for the position of Immigration Executive to join their office in Kochi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Process and manage visa and immigration applications in accordance with legal and procedural requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, and governmental bodies to ensure smooth and timely submissions.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate immigration documentation and records.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws and proactively ensure compliance.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the process.
- Assist in global mobility and BPO-related immigration tasks, as applicable.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in visa processing and immigration services is essential.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and handling sensitive documentation.
- Ability to coordinate efficiently with clients and various governmental agencies.
- Experience with global mobility and BPO processes is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
