Details of the Job/Internship

Somireddy Law Group is hiring an Immigration Executive (Fresh Graduate) to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with H1B cap applications, managing the initial filing and lottery processes.
• Provide guidance on H1B visa extensions, transfers, and amendments.
• Offer end-to-end support for all stages of Green Card (permanent residency) applications.
• Manage Labor Condition Applications (LCA) to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
• Handle a wide variety of visa types, including H1, H4, B1, L-1, L-2, and EB visas.
• Coordinate with applicants by sending legal questionnaires and document checklists.
• Review client documentation and prepare legal petitions for submission.
• Complete mandatory immigration forms such as I-129, I-140, I-485, and I-907.
• Prepare supporting legal documents, including petition letters and employment agreements.
• Draft responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) issued by immigration authorities.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate case filings.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate from a recognized university.
• Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Keen interest in U.S. Immigration processes and career building in the legal field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn complex legal procedures.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to a minimum duration of two years.

Salary/Stipend
