Details of the Job/Internship
Somireddy Law Group is hiring an Immigration Executive to join its office at One Golden Mile, Kokapet, Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with H1B cap applications, including filing and lottery processes.
- Provide support for H1B extensions, transfers, and amendments.
- Handle Green Card applications and Labor Condition Applications.
- Manage and file various immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions.
- Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Address Requests for Evidence and track immigration activities end to end.
Eligibility
- Graduates or postgraduates with a law degree from a recognized university.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and learning-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
