Details of the Job/Internship

Somireddy Law Group PLLC is hiring an Immigration Executive / Paralegal for a Work From Office role in Hyderabad, Telangana. Great opportunity for candidates interested in U.S. immigration law and legal operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of U.S. visa applications including H1B, L1/L2, H4, OPT, B1, J, TN, EB visas, etc.
• Draft, review, and file PERM, I-129, I-140, I-485, I-907, I-539, and other immigration forms.
• Respond to RFEs and audits.
• Prepare legal documents like offer letters, employment agreements, STEM extension letters.
• Work closely with attorneys and coordinate with clients.
• Maintain accurate immigration records and track case progress.

Eligibility

• Law degree (Graduate/Postgraduate).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Two-year minimum commitment required.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 25,000/- to 30,000/- .
