Irish Expert is looking for candidate for the position of Immigration Lawyer.

Role and Responsibilities

• As an Immigration Lawyer at Irish Expert, you will be responsible for providing legal assistance and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process.
• This includes advising on visa categories, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing immigration documents, representing clients in immigration court, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with immigration policies and procedures, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering excellent customer service.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
• Experience in providing legal advice and assistance in immigration matters
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Client-focused approach and ability to build strong relationships
• Law degree from a recognized university
• Experience in working with diverse clients and multicultural environments is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional language skills are a plus)

Salary/Stipend
