Mandall Immigration Law is hiring an Immigration Lawyer with 2–5 years of experience to join their team in a fully remote, full-time capacity.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and provide legal advice on immigration options and strategies.
• Manage client files from consultation to submission or resolution.
• Prepare and supervise immigration applications.
• Develop tailored legal strategies based on client needs.
• Communicate regularly with clients and manage expectations.
• Stay updated on Canadian immigration laws and policies.

Eligibility

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• 2–5 years of experience in Canadian immigration law.
• Experience conducting independent client consultations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
