Eduvacancy is hiring for the position of Immigration Officer to join their Bandra office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Promptly, professionally, courteously, and in a friendly manner answer client phone calls & email enquirers within the scope of the role.
- Develop and maintain professional client and potential client relationships.
- Manage complex queries for resolution and mark them to the attention of the Branch head; ensure it is followed up and resolved.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest updates/trends.
- Speedily determine when an issue needs to be escalated to the Supervisor for resolution KRA
- Provide career guidance to study abroad.
- Counsel and find a suitable course within the budget.
- Managing complex queries for study abroad.
- Help students and parents understand the funding for the visa.
- Request documents to apply for admission and Visa
- Guide students with complete procedures on seeking admission, entry requirements, visa requirements, funding, student visa formalities, and post post-study work visa options.
- Provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
- Be a productive and effective member of the office team and support the Branch Head by exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit
- Responsible for start-to-end process, Record Management
- Maintain accurate and organized client notes in CRM.
- Ensure records are maintained using established systems, to ensure easy access and retrieval when needed Accounts & Expenditure.
- Accurately and efficiently take any payments from clients and ensure correctly recorded.
- Ensure accurate account records are kept associated with payments and expenses to and from the business.
- Continuous Improvement
- Bring new ideas and/or innovations wherever possible.
- Working with the team to identify and improve processes, and systems and create efficiencies within the business.
- Keep up to date with the latest changes in study rules, regulations, and trends.
- Be certified as a Counsellor for assigned destinations (pass test every year) Other.
- Help to maintain and improve the business image and brand in the marketplace
- Train New jonnies and Jr. staff members.
- Other service support tasks as requested or directed by the Branch.
