Details of the Job/Internship
GuruSchools LLC is hiring an Immigration Paralegal Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join their team remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and file H-1B petitions, including all necessary support materials and employer letters.
- File and track Labor Condition Applications (LCA) with the U.S. Department of Labor via the FLAG system.
- Compile complex documentation such as educational evaluations, job descriptions, and financial evidence.
- Coordinate directly with employers and foreign nationals to ensure all required information is gathered accurately.
- Support other employment-based petitions including PERM, I-140, I-485, L-1, and O-1 visas.
- Monitor expiration dates and status deadlines to ensure timely renewals and extensions.
- Draft responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and assist with government audits or site visits.
- Maintain digital case files and tracking systems using tools like INSZoom, LawLogix, or Tracker.
Eligibility
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Paralegal Certificate is preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience, specifically with H-1B filings.
- Hands-on proficiency with USCIS and DOL online systems (FLAG, USCIS online accounts).
- Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedural requirements.
- Ability to handle high-volume caseloads with extreme attention to detail.
- Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in high-demand languages (Hindi, Telugu, Gujarati, or Punjabi).
