Details of the Job/Internship
A Y & J Solicitors is hiring a Junior Immigration Paralegal with a law degree and a strong interest in immigration law to join their office in India (Remote).
Role and Responsibilities
- Support Immigration Associates and Solicitors with a wide range of UK immigration applications.
- Manage administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of legal cases.
- Collect, organize, and verify client documents to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Conduct legal research to assist in case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal letters and documentation for senior review.
- Interact with clients to provide regular case updates and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Maintain high standards of service by ensuring all legal paperwork is complete and compliant.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate with a strong interest in specializing in immigration law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail, particularly in legal drafting and document management.
- Proactive learner with a growth mindset and a collaborative team spirit.
- Must be based in India (Role does not provide UK sponsorship).
