Details of the Job/Internship
Bolster Legal is hiring an Immigration Paralegal with 1–5+ years of experience to support U.S. immigration matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and file employment-based and family-based immigration petitions.
- Draft support letters and assemble immigration forms.
- Monitor case progress, track deadlines, and manage case records.
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation and case updates.
- Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and other agency communications.
- Assist attorneys in interview preparation and consular processing.
- Maintain organized and compliant case files.
- Conduct legal and factual research on immigration laws.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification (ABA-approved preferred).
- 1–5+ years of experience in U.S. immigration law.
- Familiarity with USCIS, DOL, and DOS procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software such as INSZoom or LawLogix.
