Role and Responsibilities
Manage Client Relationships
- Communicate clearly with clients, explaining legal requirements and answering application-related questions.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the immigration process.
Collaborate with a Global Team
- Work effectively with international colleagues across time zones.
- Coordinate smoothly in a fast-paced remote environment (stable internet and modern equipment required).
Ensure Quality & Compliance
- Handle a high case volume while maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal and company procedures.
- Follow established workflows, document every step, and maintain transparency.
- Track data and metrics to identify and recommend process improvements.
Process-Driven Execution
- Uphold strict compliance with company guidelines and documentation standards.
- Maintain detailed records to ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance.
Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience handling U.S. family-based immigration petitions.
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent, 3-year or 5-year program).
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable with time-tracking software and working across global time zones.
- Able to mentor and support team members when needed.
