Details of the Job/Internship

JurisFlux is hiring for the position of a Immigration Paralegal to join their office in Thrissur, Kerala. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, handling U.S. immigration issues, visas, and assisting with various aspects of U.S. immigration law. Daily tasks include drafting and preparing petitions, cover letters, and other necessary legal documentation for visa applications and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current immigration laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and a strong understanding of immigration issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in language and drafting abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
