Details of the Job/Internship
Path Law Group is hiring an Immigration Paralegal with strong experience in E-2 visa petitions to join their growing team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit a high volume of immigration petitions, primarily E-2, along with O-1, EB-1, and NIW cases.
- Manage a large and complex caseload independently while coordinating with internal teams.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with clients throughout the visa process.
- Liaise with government bodies such as USCIS, CBP, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
- Assist attorneys in gathering evidence, preparing exhibits, and meeting procedural and submission deadlines.
- Prepare responses to RFEs and ensure timely follow-up on all filings.
- Maintain organized records and case tracking in accordance with firm policies.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to identify and resolve process delays
Eligibility
- Minimum of 3 years of immigration experience handling E-2s, O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple cases.
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
