Details of the Job/Internship
Path Law Group is hiring an Immigration Paralegal with experience of a minimum of 2 years to join their team in a fully remote role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the full case lifecycle including intake, document review, and case preparation.
- Communicate with clients to collect documents and address immigration-related queries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Draft and review legal documents including support and cover letters.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely progression of cases.
- Collaborate with attorneys on legal strategy and execution.
- Escalate complex legal issues to attorneys when required.
Eligibility
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal handling E-2s, O-1s, NIWs, EB-1As, and green cards.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage large caseloads.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Capability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
