Details of the Job/Internship
Path Law Group is hiring an Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. immigration matters to join their remote team in India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit a high volume of NIV/IV cases, focusing on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B.
- Independently manage a large caseload while liaising with inter-firm teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process.
- Report to legal teams and managers regarding case status and progression.
- Liaise with USCIS, CBP, U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Department of Labor.
- Support lawyers with evidence gathering, preparing exhibits, and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare responses to RFEs and ensure accurate case tracking.
- Maintain case records and ensure compliance with firm policies.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex caseloads.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
