Together Light Inc. is hiring a US Family Immigration Paralegal on a full-time remote contract basis from India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, providing clear guidance on immigration processes and answering queries.
• Collaborate with remote team members to coordinate case handling and share best practices.
• Prepare, review, and maintain immigration case documentation with high accuracy.
• Follow approved procedures and company guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Track metrics and analyze processes to recommend improvements.
• Document all workflow steps for transparency and traceability.
• Mentor and support team members as needed.
• Manage multiple client cases efficiently across different time zones.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent 3-year or 5-year law degree.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US family-based immigration petitions.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and client service orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with modern equipment and stable internet.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
