US Based Law Firm is looking for a candidate for the position of Immigration Paralegal to join them at their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the immigration program manager.
• Collaborating with the Regional Paralegal Manager and immigration attorneys.
• Managing the caseload from intake through processing and filing.
• Preparing applications for permanent residency and secondary benefits for foreign nationals.
• Processing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions.
• Organizing petition packets for review and filing.
• Gathering application and petition information from external parties.
• Keeping clients apprised of the progress of their cases.
• Maintaining hard copy files and entering data into an immigration case management system.
• Responding to immigration inquiries in a timely manner and adhering to submission deadlines.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of Immigration Law and Legal Document Preparation.
• Experience in handling Immigration Issues and Visas.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and requirements.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients.
• Previous experience working in a law firm or legal setting is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
