YMGrad is hiring for the position of Immigration Research Associate to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research client backgrounds (academic, professional, and achievements).
- Draft and edit immigration petition documents, including recommendation letters, personal statements, and petition narratives.
- Summarize complex profiles into clear, compelling, and grammatically flawless content.
- Conduct background and industry research to strengthen case arguments.
- Ensure documents are error-free, persuasive, and compliant with USCIS requirements.
- Collaborate with team members for content refinement, fact-checking, and consistency.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive client data.
- Work under deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business (MBA), English, Journalism, International Relations, or related fields.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to structure arguments logically and persuasively.
- Prior experience in legal drafting, academic writing, research, or immigration documentation is preferred but not mandatory.
