Details of the Job/Internship
LegalBridge is hiring for the position of Immigration Specialist Intern to join their office remotely.

Role and Responsibilities
As an Immigration Specialist Intern, you will support our legal team with research, drafting, and strategy preparation for U.S. immigration petitions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting recommendation letters, petition letters, and personal statements.
- Conducting legal and factual research to support case positions.
- Reviewing and organizing evidentiary documents (such as publications, awards, patents, etc.).
- Assisting with documentation formatting, citations, and ensuring compliance.
- Contributing to knowledge-building resources for O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW categories.
- You will be mentored by experienced immigration professionals and gain hands-on exposure to real-world case-building.
Eligibility
- Law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year program, final year in a 3-year LLB, or recent graduate).
- Based in Delhi or nearby NCR (remote candidates will be considered if highly motivated).
- Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Proven research, writing, and documentation abilities.
- Experience interacting with clients via email, call, and video.
- Skilled at anticipating clients’ needs and addressing concerns.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, keeping clients informed of changes.
- Capable of working independently while following processes with limited guidance.
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Interest in immigration law, U.S. visa categories, or international law.
- Familiarity with O-1, EB-1A, or EB-2 NIW is a bonus (training will be provided).
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize AI tools.
