Details of the Job/Internship
Aussizz Group is looking for a candidate for the position of Immigration Specialist with 1 year of experience to join them at their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- The expert immigration counsellors offer quality consultancy.
- Advise good knowledge of all the latest developments on the visa and immigration front.
- Able to highlight the many key changes introduced by the various immigration bodies, such as the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), and the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) of Australia etc.
- Responsible for verifying all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Responsible to take interviews for all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
- Responsible for the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents before proceeding.
- Responsible for preparing all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- One must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Provide necessary help to the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
- One must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Other work assigned by management as per requirement.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience in visa processing or immigration services, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of visa requirements, immigration laws, and regulations of various countries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer applications and systems for visa processing and record-keeping.
Salary/Stipend
