Details of the Job/Internship
CG Infinity is looking for a candidate for the position of US Immigration Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Visa and Immigration Case Management.
- Advisory and Consultation.
- Compliance and Regulatory Review.
- Documentation and Reporting.
- Customer Service and Support.
- Stay Current with Immigration Laws.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree.
Certification in immigration law or paralegal certification (if applicable) is a plus.
3-5 years of experience working in US immigration law or related roles.
Prior experience handling various types of immigration cases, such as work visas, permanent residency, and citizenship applications.
In-depth knowledge of US immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Familiarity with federal immigration agencies and systems (USCIS, DOL, CBP, ICE).
Strong organizational and case management skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management software (e.g., LawLogix, INSZoom, etc.)
