Details of the Job/Internship

Chugh, LLP is hiring for the position of Immigration Specialist with 6+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of L1A and L1B visa filings including documentation, petition preparation, and client communication.
• Maintain accurate immigration case records, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with USCIS regulations.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, HR teams, and external stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of immigration cases.
• Provide timely updates and guidance to clients and internal teams on immigration status, changes in policies, and timelines.
• Prepare and assist in responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and audits.
• Stay informed about the latest USCIS policies, procedures, and immigration trends.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 years of experience in U.S. immigration with a focus on L1A and L1B visa filings.
• Familiarity with additional visa categories such as H1B, L2, and I-140 is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and thorough documentation practices.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) hours.
• Experience with immigration case management platforms (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix) is preferred.
