Details of the Job/Internship
Impetus is hiring for the position of immigration specialist with 6-8 years of experience to join them remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on immigration processes and policies for the US, UK, Middle Eastern countries (including Saudi Arabia), and other relevant jurisdictions.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and visa categories.
- Assist individuals with obtaining the necessary documentation for visas, permits, residency, and citizenship applications.
- Provide guidance on compliance with immigration laws, including work authorization, permanent residency, and citizenship.
- Handle all aspects of the visa application process, from initial consultation through to successful approval.
- Prepare and review documents, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each jurisdiction.
- Address and resolve any immigration-related issues or complications that may arise during the application process.
- Train and mentor junior team members on immigration procedures and best practices.
Eligibility
- 6-8 years of experience in immigration consulting, legal advisory, or a similar role with a focus on US, UK, Saudi Arabia, and Middle Eastern immigration policies.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and visa categories for the US, Australia, UK, and the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia).
- Proven experience in handling complex immigration cases and navigating the intricacies of various countries' policies.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of global mobility trends and immigration compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
