Details of the Job/Internship

Nest Abroad Immigration Services is hiring for the position of Immigration Specialist to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess client eligibility for various immigration pathways.
• Advise clients on visa options, immigration policies, and legal requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting documents.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and global policies.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing both emotional and financial considerations.
• Ensure high standards of documentation, confidentiality, an.d compliance throughout the immigration process.
• Work collaboratively with the team while independently managing your caseload and deadlines.

Eligibility

• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa procedures, and policy frameworks.
• Prior experience handling visa applications and global immigration matters.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedural requirements in immigration.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently while adhering to team goals and time zone requirements.
• Experience working with clients from multicultural backgrounds is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
