Details of the Job/Internship

Tredence is hiring for the position of Immigration Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration processes for H1B, L1, B1, OPT, CPT, and other visa categories.
• Coordinate with attorneys and employees for immigration filings and documentation.
• Handle USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs), gathering and submitting all required documentation.
• Oversee L1 petition preparation and in-house documentation processes.
• Work with attorneys on PERM, I-140, I-485, petition letters, and supporting documents.
• File I-539 applications for dependents (e.g., H4).
• Process ROW business visas, and assist in US & ROW visa interview preparations (screenings & mock sessions).
• Create Public Access Files (PAFs) and conduct compliance audits.
• Educate employees on legal status and field officer visits.
• Maintain accurate immigration MIS reports and dashboards.
• Manage vendors, ensure SLA adherence, and suggest continuous process improvements.
• Assist senior management with legal/administrative immigration matters as needed.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience in Global Immigration.
• Strong understanding of US visa categories (H1/H4, L1/L2, B1/B2, etc.) and overseas deployment processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with hands-on experience in maintaining reports/trackers.
• Experience in handling public relations, compliance audits, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend process improvements.

Salary/Stipend
