Weskill is hiring for the position of Immigration Specialist to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage visa and immigration processes for international hires.
- Monitor changes in immigration law and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Advise on global immigration trends and policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and documentation standards.
- Liaise with government agencies, legal counsel, and internal teams to facilitate smooth processing of immigration matters.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Proven experience with global immigration and visa processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Immigration Studies, or a related field.
