Details of the Job/Internship

Path Law Group is hiring for the position of  Immigration Writer to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Minimum 4 years of experience drafting employment-based NIV/IV petitions (NIW, EB-1, O-1)
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Experience working with USCIS, DOS, CBP, and related agencies
• Proven record of delivering exceptional client service and maintaining satisfaction
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal audiences
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
