Details of the Job/Internship

Alpauls is hiring an In-House Advocate/Lawyer with 5+ years of experience in redevelopment projects to join their Andheri East office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review development agreements, PAAA, lease deeds, and conveyance documents.
• Conduct land title due diligence and verify ownership records.
• Draft and respond to notices and communications from authorities and stakeholders.
• Liaise with municipal corporations, revenue authorities, and legal stakeholders.
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation management.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and redevelopment regulations.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a recognised university.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate and redevelopment projects.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, MHADA, municipal regulations, and land acquisition laws.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Salary/Stipend
