Details of the Job/Internship

Fortune One Group is hiring an In-House Advocate – Real Estate with 5–8 years of experience to join its Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and review agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct title due diligence for land and plotted developments.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, Karnataka land laws, stamp duty, and registration.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and before regulatory bodies.
• Advise on transactions, contracts, and dispute resolution.
• Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and registration offices.

Eligibility

• LL.B or LL.M from a recognized university, enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 5–8 years of real estate or property law experience, including land acquisition and plotted development.
• Strong knowledge of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Law, and Karnataka Land Laws.

Salary/Stipend
