Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring an Advocate – Debt Recovery Solutions to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle debt recovery cases and litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings and review legal documents.
• Represent clients in Indian courts.
• Provide legal advice on debt-related matters.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with teams for timely resolution of cases.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) with Bar Council enrollment.
• Strong understanding of debt recovery laws, litigation, and drafting.
• Proficiency in legal research and document review.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Prior experience in debt recovery is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
