Details of the Job/Internship
Ganpat University is hiring an In-House Counsel Trainee/Executive with 2–5 years of experience to join their legal team at the campus in Kherva, Mehsana, Gujarat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory support on service rules and higher education regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory changes affecting higher education.
- Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
- Support educational business matters, including collaborations and transactions.
- Conduct legal training sessions and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Develop a contract management system to streamline legal documentation processes.
Eligibility
- LL.B/LL.M from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in higher education or service rules-related matters.
- Strong understanding of education sector laws and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing legal issues in the education domain.
