Details of the Job/Internship

Mayur Sales is hiring a full-time In-House Counsel to join its Kolkata office.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Advise management on legal risks and business strategy.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Handle legal matters related to real estate development and technology transactions.
Liaise with external legal counsel when needed.
Support due diligence and documentation for real estate deals.

Eligibility

LL.B. from a recognized university; bar admission required.
Strong command of real estate and contract law.
Experience in commercial property transactions preferred.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
