Details of the Job/Internship
CLF {Chhibber Law Firm} is hiring an In-House Counsel to join their office in Mohali district.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and manage legal risks.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the firm in legal proceedings.
- Work closely with various departments to provide strategic legal guidance.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law.
- Strong legal knowledge, including contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
- Ability to provide strategic legal counsel.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in a legal firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
