Details of the Job/Internship
Cloutflow is hiring an In-House Counsel with 3–6 years of experience to support its growing business.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own and manage all legal contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, influencer agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and close contracts with enterprise brands and global agencies.
- Handle creator and talent agreements, including exclusivity, termination, and IP usage.
- Work closely with founders, sales, operations, and finance teams to enable deals safely.
- Manage corporate, IP, and basic data and privacy compliance.
- Coordinate with external counsels for litigation, notices, and specialized legal matters.
- Develop contract templates, SOPs, and legal playbooks to support scaling.
- Identify risks proactively and propose commercially practical solutions.
Eligibility
- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or startup legal roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Exposure to media, advertising, technology, influencer, or agency ecosystems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of legal matters.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain legal risks in business terms.
