Details of the Job/Internship
Jacobs is hiring a qualified lawyer with 3–7 years of post-qualification experience to join its dynamic legal team in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a variety of professional services contracts, including client contracts, joint ventures, sub-contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
- Assist with contract management and template updates.
- Provide legal and contractual training to internal teams.
- Advise on contractual obligations and identify potential legal risks.
- Draft/review letters such as exclusivity or non-exclusive sub-consultant agreements.
- Support internal claims management and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with 3–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong academic background.
- Prior experience in a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
- Exposure to engineering, construction, or the professional services sector preferred.
- Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and collaborative approach.
