Details of the Job/Internship

Kibana, a distinguished real estate venture in Goa, is seeking an In-House Counsel specializing in real estate. In this role, you'll provide pivotal legal support and guidance, focusing on transactions, development projects, and property management activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Conduct due diligence assessments for property acquisitions and development projects, identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, and property management contracts, to protect the organization's interests.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry, advising management on potential impacts and ensuring proactive compliance measures.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on Goan real estate law.
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and resourceful thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• License to practice law in Goa or India.
